"Trying to apply for the new townhomes but can’t make it pass the fees page. I’ve also called all 3 numbers available including the property manager and all numbers say they are not in service or immediately fails. Looks like a beautiful community but the customer service is not there and it’s really unsettling especially considering they have no leasing office."

"The current Property Manager Jasmyn is beyond exceptional. Any negative reviews more than likely occurred prior to her taking the position, she is committed to both the property and residents. When I initially rented a unit, there was some outstanding issues and the day she joined the property - everything was fixed! Willy the maintenance man is incredible, they process work order request really fast and very efficient. The two of them have both been very professional and concerned with any issue I did encounter. The property is very clean, homes are well maintained and in a community of professional/family residents. Quick access to everything locally and a short drive to Savannah. You won’t find anything as reasonably priced anywhere in the vicinity."

"Very small, quiet neighborhood. My son, daughter in law and grandson lived they're for 2 years and never had any trouble. Neighbors are very friendly."

"I have lived there since July and have totally fell in love with the area. My town home is beautiful and the neighbors are great plus we have local law enforcement living here. My son loved the pool this past summer. One of my friends even moved out here after I did. I know most of the community by name that is how wonderful the people is here. I could not ask for a better community to live in."
