"The staff here is very rude and could care less about its residents. The apartments themselves are standard when it comes to amenities and surprisingly spacious and the community is actually very well kept but the office staff is less than to be desired."

"I lived at Veranda for 4 years. I have never had a problem my whole time here anything I needed was done right away. I had a problem with my ice maker and I left voicemail because the office was closed and Kristen the property manager came from home to fix it herself. I was pleased with my time there from neighbors and management thank you all."

"I’ve been living here two years at first the place was nice until I move in, stuff was then to getting out of hand. My neighbors above me are loud and still is they were throwing cigarette buds off of the patio from upstairs then they continue to stump above my head. I heard it was at 5 people living there. Then they we’re throwing trash in the breezeway and all reported to management. What did she do was talked to them but they continue to make noise above my head when there’s no small kids living in the home, also she charge me for a dog that was only visiting for that day, charge instantly 300$ that I did not have in which I tried to explain hey this dog is just visiting not staying here. On top of that she came to my door knocking and yelling at me being unprofessional."
