"I love it here. My old apartment burned down Christmas Eve and we had to evacuate fast and only had 2 weeks to move. Blue jay was my first call and I was able too move in right away. They helped me out a lot. I’m so happy I chose this place. Quiet nice neighbors beautiful houses just very comfortable and the prices are reasonable. I appreciate it. is a nice place to live. They always keep the property clean. When requiring maintenance service, the response was quick and effective. The girls in the office very nice and friendly, they always answered my questions. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place to live 10/10"

"I applied to Blue Jay, got “Approved” and then denied. Before the New Year, I was searching for homes, found Blue Jay, Fell in LOVE and then ultimately decided that this is where I wanted to be. They have a system called “Snapptd” for some reason my documents weren’t cooperating - with that being said I spoke to a property manager in Richmond hill who was EXTREMELY rude. They just needed to verify my income. My Paystubs weren’t working nor were my Bank Statements (Might I add, one of the ladies in the office works there as well and said she had the SAME problem with her documents) so I offered my offer letter from my job from OVER a year ago. I also offered up my supervisor’s email them to verify my employment status. Well they asked me to bring up $600 in a money order (Keep in mind I’m still not completely approved like she told me I was) so that they can hold my home until February 1st. Gave them the $600 and then was denied. Now I’m being given the run around for my $600 back. It was a BEAUTIFUL home but this experience has been HORRIBLE. All of this and my supervisor was willing to give them whatever information was needed for them to verify my income. The lady in Richmond hill that I spoke to told me “We are not the same” because I told her I work remotely & couldn’t get off from work to take a 30 minute drive in the middle of the day as I was just getting back to work after being off for 3 weeks. She told me I submitted fraudulent documents when again, I offered on multiple occasions for them to verify my employment."

"The experience from beginning to end was horrible! If you want the run around to get a home with rude and unprofessional office staff this is the place to be. They will ask for a deposit before you are approved and then you have to jump thru hoops to get your money back. The office staff lacks knowledge and are extremely unprofessional. The property in itself is very beautiful and all new construction but the office staff is less to be desired."
