"Office staff is great at communicating and returning phone calls. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and repair. I do agree with some reviews that the quality of the buildings are made cheaply. However anything that broke the staff immediately came to fix. (Entire closet clothes rack fell down and electrical breakers going out.) Also, when moving out clean everything or you will be charged a cleaning fee. Overall, a great community to stay in with a nice pool and gym."

"I cannot say enough about the staff here. The office crew always willing to help out and treats you with kindness. I have dealt more with Kristy and Tristan but they are all so very kind. They put on fun events like food trucks and a whole neighborhood yard sale. Also would give 10 stars if I could for maintenance- Lee is amazing and takes great care of the residents. Neighborhood is safe and friendly - have been here for 17 months and have never had an issue."

"We loved our stay here at the LEO. Kristy, Liz, and Tristan are caring, professional, knowledgeable, a great team! They make a person feel welcome and cared for! The amenities are a fun addition. The pool is big and pretty. The hangout and media rooms are pretty and are useful. We loved that our place was a separate entity that had a garage. It suited our purposes. We highly recommend living here! Wonderful neighbors!"
