"Don’t waste your time, this is the most unprofessional company i’ve ever experienced. Wise choice are definitely some finessing people with cruel minds. Before I decided to deal with this company I did go over the reviews and seen that they were mostly bad but, I still decided to invest my money into a home because I thought maybe hmmm they probably changed their ways, but I was definitely fooled. I was actually paying more than I was supposed to, so they definitely got more money out of me. Oh, and don’t be expecting your deposit back. When we were showed our home, there were people things still inside which I thought was a little weird because i’ve never viewed a home with people things still inside. When we moved into our home, it was still dirty..never cleaned. I personally had to go inside the restrooms and scrub dirt and soap scum off the walls. I also tried my best to remove the urine ring from inside the toilet where someone previously didn’t flush consistently. Then Wise Choice had the nerve to increase the rent without doing any renovations, because I researched that the homes were build in the 80’s. So, when I asked to speak to the actual landlord (who they work for) and not Wise Choice, I was told that they couldn’t release that type of information. I could go on and on, but if you want to save thousands of dollars I suggest you find another agency because this one SUCKS! if I could give them a negative star, I most definitely would’ve. Also, Regina is still rude she didn’t change. Then they hired an African American woman to make the office look diverse and look good, Regina you still seem like a racist in my eyes. I really wish they would just shut down. They take people money just to tell you the unit is already taken. They really need to get their office together."

"Worthless in every sense of the word. Got approved for a rental, tried to come give a deposit so the place wouldn't get snatched out from under me. They tell me you can't give a deposit without doing a walkthrough and it's being worked on so it'll have to be tomorrow. So I set it up with the lady I spoke with for first thing this morning. I get there and they say it's rented, someone else did the walkthrough yesterday, and just put his deposit down. So don't do what I did and get your kid all psyched up, and box your whole life just to have some Idiots tell you "your too late". I really hope this place goes out of business."

"HIGHLY unprofessional agency, so renter beware..They list properties for rent that have neither been thoroughly cleaned nor properly repaired for future tenants. Also, be well advised of the non-refundable security deposit stated on the application even when decent living conditions and promised repairs have not been fulfilled…"

"I spent several days dealing with staff that would not communicate, processed the application, and put a deposit in the drop box this morning because the staff was very strict with me on not making person to person contact. I called a few hours after and asked how much else I would need to front during signing and they told me that someone had already put a deposit on the property this morning... which was definitely after me, being I put the deposit in within 30 minutes of opening. I understand there might have been an issue but while riding around looking at properties that would be available soon last week, I stopped at another property of interest and met the current tenant of one of the properties and we spoke about the house which was honestly not very well maintained and he told me the entire lease that wise choice was reluctant to answer phone calls or do any kind of service at all, and pointed to a dead tree over the house that had been there over 3 months according to him and even with several phone calls they were reluctant to do anything about it. I’d love to hear a few property owners bad stories, I can’t imagine what they’d have to say if this is the service I have heard about and encountered personally."

"I have continuously been screwed over by this company. At first they said my first payment was a security deposit. Then they withheld it when i wanted to move somewhere else saying that it was actually just a reservation fee and not a security deposit. Following up on that we had 4 different water pipes burst in our kitchen because the land lord refused to fix the actual pipes under the house. Then when they did fix the pipes they left a huge hole in the back side of the sink which led directly outside. due to this pest control became very very difficult. Also do not expect any type of clean up when you first moved in. We moved into a house that had glass all over the back yard, and beer cans were everywhere. They do not care about their tenants and show zero respect for anyone. We have been told numerous times that they were too busy to help us fix things at our house. Too busy to take our phone calls. Avoid these people like the plague. They will ruin your livelihoods."
