"Maintenance comes quickly and the front office folks are always kind. There are domestic disputes and issues with leasees, but that is par for the course at any complex. Edit* The signage up front needs to be updated without the Saturday hours since you're not open that day. I've since had some trouble getting a lease without a gap set up, so at the moment I'm going to be homeless for three weeks while I wait for the new place to be ready which of course sucks. That's more of an issue with all the complexes since it's a college town, but it doesn't make this any easier."

"I had a horrible experience at market 100. It was the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in. First when I tried to move-in the office closed early and I called to ask if I can get someone to pick up my keys and they said no. So I had to wait 3 days to move in and then when I got there they just handed me the keys and didn’t ID me. When I got in my apartment I was greeted with the horrible smell of mold and wet dog. There were no dogs in our apartment yet for the first month of living there I got ate up by FLEAS. My carpet had been moist and the air humid since I moved in. This created horrible music of all over my room and they refused to do anything about it and just told me to wash my stuff. Not to mention the maintenance people broke a homemade art piece from my friend and did nothing about that. When I finally moved out after just 6 months I was charged $60 just for vacuuming. Also you will have to pay an electric bill even if you’re not personally using electricity. Please don’t live here it’s not worth it."

"So far I love it here. I did have some pest issues and I reported it to my apartment but not too long after I put in the order pest control was right here helping me with my issue. I’m a student parent so I like to make sure that everything is in order for myself and kiddos. I love how close everything is and I still love the fact that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The club house is convenient especially for those last minute projects or just needing to get a quick workout. I’d recommend this complex for students and student parents!"

"I don’t care if you’re on your last penny, for the love of God DO NOT MOVE HERE! They don’t care about your well being at all! I’ve had 3 incidents where someone came into my house & 2/3 times I had to call the police because I was in fear of my life and scared to live inside my own home. Luckily I wasn’t home when it happened but it’s still a big problem. The property manager did not handle this situation well and actually showed how much she didn’t care more than anything. The worst part of it all was when I told her what if someone came in again and I was killed, the maintenance man said “If someone came in my house and robbed and killed me what could I do?” and she stood there and said nothing to correct him. She then continued to talk to me aggressively and irritated saying there’s nothing she can do and I’m a student living by myself. She yelled and asked me if I wanted to break my lease and move out besides trying to be emphatic towards her residents and when I came to the office the next day she lied saying she didn’t say that and told me I had to still pay for rent and $350 to sublease. There’s so many things that are wrong about this property and I even had to get moved twice due to my first unit being infested by roaches, spiders, and hornets and the property gave me the opportunity to move in 3 days early from my original move in date. My whole experience here was horrible and all these event happened within 3 weeks. So please put your money where it’ll be worth it because this isn’t an apartment complex, it’s a big dump of trash. If I could give this place 0 stars I would."

"If you plan on staying here make sure you take pictures upon the move-in and move-out and the conditions of the apartment! Me and My husband stayed here from January to March and had to leave on Military orders! They told us to be out by Friday even though we told them this process does not have to be immediate and they ended up charging us with over $2000 worth of trash fees, damage fees and so much more when we definitely left the apartment in better condition than when we got there! They will lie and make up all kinds of things if you do not keep proper documentation! this was definitely a wake-up call for e and my husband and now we have to pay 2,0000 just to be able to rent again. If I could give it zero stars I would ! I only gave it 5 to make sure this gets seen"
