"I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YALL TO KEEP LOOKING. forest pointe have gave me not one but numerous problems I’ve moved out of forest pointe in February they charged me 300$ for staying 3 days in. my lease was up on the 10th of February I was out by the 3rd. They said they sent my deposit & SC STAY PLUS money that they have received & NEVER did !! They told me it would be here before the first today is the first maintenance man barely fix anything He ride that go kart all day doing absolutely nothing! My clothes also got stolen from out of there front office laundry mat forest pointe ran no camera back did not help me get my clothes back. Very unprofessional too pricey ! The worst place I’ve ever lived!!!!! Floods when it rains cars get damaged, you cannot leave when it floods no parking spaces !! Leaking refrigerators!! & btw it is April I’ve been calling them since March trying to get a tracking number or a update on my check they’re ignoring me clearly they know my number I wish I never moved in that apartment with no service I am highly upset!"
"Don't lease an apartment from this place. The staff is rarely there. They are also dishonest and try to cheat you out of any amount of money they can (make sure anything they say is in writing because they will change it on you right after you walk out the door). You can schedule a walk through at the end and they will affirm the appointment but no show up for it. When they do a walk through with you they pick out the smallest things (like a slightly broken blind worth $10 or something the maintenance staff has done to the apartment) and try to charge you an outrageous fee for it (without even telling you during the walk through). One more thing... one of the buildings flood severely when a lot of rain comes through which floods the car engines and several people have lost their cars because of it. Nothing ever done about it."
"Listen when I say this is the best place to live thats what I mean. It's always clean, warm, and very inviting the office staff is phenomenal but to ALEXIS when I called to inquire I fell in love he was all professional and inviting. I'm just letting this property know that he deserves everything he truly got me in awe and I want to say job well done."
"Apartments are priced more than what they’re worth. The pictures on the web are outdated and so are the kitchen appliances. There is not enough parking to accommodate the residents that live in the complex. Wanna know what’s worse? Cell phone and wireless reception is absolutely unbearable! Basic upkeep and cleanliness is overlooked as well. If you’re looking for a decent, temporary place to call home, keep looking."
"Here’s a list of the pros: Here’s a list of the cons: 1. Absolutely no parking if you stay in the 2nd or 3rd building unless you plan on being home at 6pm and not leaving until the next morning for work. 2. If something breaks, the maintenance guy will just tell you to call the office to schedule a fix - refer to #3. 3. The office never answers. 4. The maintenance guy is actually pretty useless because he came to check the fire safety and was told our kitchen light had been broken since the day we moved in and he said “I can’t fix that now, just call the office.” 5. Did I forget to mention, the office never answers. 6. There’s also this really cool thing where it smells like weed every night so might want to get used to that one. 7. If it rains heavy, don’t bother coming home because the drainage system is absolute garbage and your car will stall... ask the neighbors. 8. Nothing is fixed from the previous residents. So if the residents were trashy, we’ll you're now moving into a broken run down apartment because they don’t maintain it afterward... told you he was useless. 9. There’s this policy where you can’t have dogs over 50lbs, but yet there’s dogs over 50lbs. 10. Last but CERTAINLY not least, the neighbors here don’t care about your personal belongings. I can personally vouch for this now that I’m leaving with 1 scratch and 1 patch of red paint on my GREY car, as well as my boyfriends 3 rather large scratches on his very well taken care of, expensive red truck. So all in all, I’d give it -10 stars if I could but Google just wouldn’t allow it. I would say Plantation Oaks is definitely a better choice and truly speaking from the heart, so is a card board box in the middle of the interstate."
