"Would like to start by saying I would 100% recommend Gold Ivy realty contacted them on a Monday morning among with a few other companies around the area and got a call the same day and had all of out info filled out and checked and moved in before the weekend. The other companies did not get back to me till Wednesday. Karen Clayton was on point with everything and got the ball rolling and was very helpful with any and all questions we had about the rental with great service and fast response times which made my life much easier."

"Spoke with the Aiken property manager about managing property in Aiken. Initially, the conversation was pleasant; stated 10% management charge which included background checks, rental history, finances, etc. However, as soon as I mentioned that I carried American Home Shield insurance, the manager did a 180 attitude change. Proceeded to recommend 2 other management companies to use because she would not work with AHS...which leads me to infer that she wants to use her own repair/handyman source; to incur additional fees. I definitely would NOT recommend this company."
