"Wow Wow Wow!!! I have lived at The Boundary for 5 years. I love my one bedroom apartment home. The design is thoughtful, no wasted space. All the conveniences laundry room, swimming pool, outdoor grilling area with tables. My unit has dishwasher, garbage disposal, and wall to wall cabinets plus a pantry. The design has large living & dining room. The landscaping is eye catching beautiful manicured mature trees and blooming plants. The office staff is very professional and friendly."

"I briefly leased a classic, pre-renovation unit and discovered it was not well cleaned before I got my keys. I found the leasing agents friendly, but they did note that you get what you pay for in the older units- the model classic I was originally shown was much nicer. I was uncomfortable moving in as there were strong smells of rotting wood and evidence of roaches that bothered my allergies. I have attached photos of the Day 1 move in-state. I kept the lease 2 days before submitting req 60-day notice. I encourage potential renters to request to see their unit before signing a lease."
