"Renting lots of units to homeless shelter people. We now have 12 residents from shelter here with no furniture or cars. Rented this place thinking was nice retirement building."

"Smoking rules not enforced. I have allergies to cigarette smoke and have asthma. I frequently get sick. Repeated bed bug infestations. Exterminator has been here all day. Management and maintenance unresponsive. Teresa tries but not allowed to manage properly. Sign on office door since 3 days ago says "on vacation until July 11. I am looking for a new place. Been here since Oct."
