"Ok time to change opinion here, the new manager is a sweetheart, sometimes maybe too much , but she is a working, intelligent, capable, humane being, and to me , she has been the best of the best, period. Some problems with my old carpet and refrigerator that are about to be solved."

"Dorinda Lee has a ton of potential! I admire her patience, diligence and work ethic; However, there is some unprofessionalism that needs working out. Whenever asking about necessities around the facility, I am attacked about being on the Lease... Which, I'm unclear about and wanting more clarity on the correlation. That implies, infers, and insinuates that there is a policy on checking Credit Scores and to my knowledge, this is a low-income based apartment complex. Asking about credit scores in a clear indication that Invasion of Privacy is relevant; which, by law is unjust. Now, I do believe that in order to renovate the community, there should be a proper council. *IE: Perhaps, discussing how to move its residents into temporary housing (Air BNB's, hotels) until renovation is complete. This is all to better the community and make living here comfortable. Better monitoring needs to be in affect regarding the laundry room. Please help me better understand how the name of the complex is Park North Apartments with no basketball court for the children, no swingset, any type of slide or Tee-Totter for that matter.... These apartments have looked the same since 1978 and its a shame! I should not have to banter, harass, or allude staff to do their jobs. Have a blessed day!"

"I lived here and my expeeince was pleasant. My unit was very clean and neat. Some of the applicances was outdated a little but worked effieciently. I never had a problem with management. When I requested maintenance they would always have everything fixed in a timely manner..The only issue i had was sometimes the laundry facilites didnt have working appliances sometimes and their is very little for the children to do. Overall my expereince was nice. Had to leave because i had obtained employment elsewhere and made a significant amount more than alllowed for income based housing."

"Management is horrible, a white woman named Susan is over the units. the apartment it self isn’t so bad but could be better. If you move out here you will NEVER have any privacy. The walls are so thin you’ll hear everything. HUD/section 8 based apartments. It’s not worth the wait. There’s also nothing for the kids to do out here at all. It’s like a better version of the colonies in Columbia sc (which is the projects/ghetto). This will be my first and last time ever dealing with government assistance."
