Verandas on the Green Apartment Homes

"The Verandas on the Green team was a dream come true for me. Upon arrival (to sign my lease) I was greeted by a staff member and shown around the grounds. We arrived at my apartment and did a thorough walk-around inside. I was shocked to see how roomy the apartment was. I am in a 1 bedroom/1 bath (just me living here short term) and find it to be very pleasant. The apartment I am in has been updated with new carpet, laminate flooring and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. If there were one suggestion regarding this apartment, it would be to include a microwave. I am only here for 5 months, so I don't see a need to go buy one, yet, on the other hand, it is an inconvenience for sure. The people around my complex are very friendly and helpful but the upstairs neighbor is a pain. Besides them, the complex is very peaceful and quiet. I feel safe living here and would recommend this property to others."

"Mice infestation. Snake was found in my apartment. Overcharged and charged for made up stuff every month and even when moved out. They’re always trying to get over. Maintenance is creepy and will just enter your apartment at any time. Overall headache."

"I assist with settling in international Nurses in different locations around the US. My nurse chose Verandas on the Green to apply to rent from, in the city where he would be working. Jennifer in the office is absolutely OUTSTANDING! She helped me to make the first time process extremely easy for my nurse. From the application process, to move in Jennifer was there along the way, and she made it memorable, and hands down gave a phenomenal first experience. I met the property manager Bev as well during my visit and she was a treat to chat with. The Verandas on the Green are genuinely more than just a place to lay your head, it is where you'll call home. The complex is very inviting with pools, playgrounds, doggy area, and lots of greenery. No issues with receiving packages."
