To add it is all in how you keep your living conditions. I had some bugs but the office staff came and sprayed my apartment when requested. Pest control was explained before i filled out my application. So i knew of everything before hand."

Appliances break down regularly only to be repaired with excuses until repair simply won't do it, then replaced with equally poor used models. Elizabeth Carper won't talk to the tenants there except to preach and sling accusations if you fail to pay on time."
