"POA continues to allow home owners (Cris Stenglein) to rent properties stating full access to facilities despite battles with POA association. Would hold off visiting here until problem fixed."

"It's a big rental sham. They allow home owners to list features that are not actually available to renters. When the renters show up trying to take advantage of the property they steal the renters money. Stay away from this property. Chris Stenglein is one of the owners that allows this activity."
