"Check in was great. I tried to check out, and stood there at the desk for over 10 minutes calling out for help. I always need a printed receipt for work. Finally the guy came out, only after the cleaning staff went back and got him. He looked at me and said "I guess you need to check out", like I was bothering him!! He was dressed unkempt. I've stayed here a couple times before, but I will take it off my list."

"The one front desk personal asked me to leave the hotel, when I stood up for a woman that was talked to like a dog, by what i assume, was her husband. Its hard to believe that another woman wouldn’t respect that a man actually cares enough, in this day and age, to stick up for a woman. I am speechless. They don’t even have a manager on site, as that person, whomever that was, ended their employment . I can only assume it was a conflict with the employees that still work here. I was going to talk to the sales department, regarding a longer stay, but that is obviously not an option anymore. Its seems like a clean hotel, but that is not hard to accomplish since it is a new hotel. Hopefully they get a manager on site, that can actually manage these employees before they turn this into a run down hotel, like the rest of them on this exit. There are about 7 on this exit. I recommend trying another one when you stay here."

"Quality sleep and the rooms are immaculate and the service staff are very friendly. There's a hot breakfast available, which is good and convenient. The location is good, but there is a slight matter with entrance in contending with oncoming traffic and traffic exiting the gas station at the same time."

"10/05/2023, room 105 1 bedbug was seen in the bathroom. Caught it and took it to the front desk to verify what is was. The woman was very nice and said she couldn't say what it was for sure but asked me to take a picture if we saw more. I returned to the room and moved the mattress away from the headboard, was very dirty, immediately saw more. I took a couple pictures then we packed up our things right away and went back to the front desk. The woman was still very nice and asked what she could do to compensate. I asked for a refund so we could look for another hotel and she complied. She said she would be closing that room and filing a report with maint to get and exterminator the next day. It was a terrible night, we were so tired, but ended up staying at a much cleaner hotel 45min down the road. Its important to mention we did not see bedbugs all over the place, just 1 in the bathroom and some under the mattress near the headboard. I recommend checking this area closely, it looked like the bedskirt does not get washed very often, if at all."
