"Roach infested, mold in the AC unit and laundry room. When I moved I was told there was no fees owed. Next thing I knew there was a $2700 fee. My home was cleaned, no damages other than mold and roaches. Then them vultures charged my children because their names were on the lease! Very irresponsible when it comes to upkeep on this property. Marijuana smelling every time I come home from work or when leaving home. I lived there not quite a year and would never again if it was the last place on earth."

"Never rented an apartment before but I have to say from the time Paris showed us different apartments to the wonderful greeting from Cody when we moved in to the awesome maintenance guys Nathan and jason who always make the grounds beautiful. when i needed somethings fixed they always come with a smile. . When I walk the neighborhood they all wave hello and when u come from another state that means a lot. Neighbors have been wonderful. I recommend this complex to anyone."

"Stayed here for 5 years so I can leave a honest review. It really depends on the neighbors that live around you what your stay will be like here. Office management/employees changed quite often even though they claim they do not. Usually when you go to pay rent it’s different person each time. They recently this year changed to online. Paying online they take days to post to your account just make sure to set up a different account for that matter. Make sure that you document everything about your lease. They switched management I signed for 4 years the same month I moved in. Last year they switched management and my lease sign date was “lost” they notified me in July of last year and I ended signing in august for renewal. I moved out into a house in June continued paying my rent while paying my mortgage turned my keys in in July thinking all was good but was not was billed for July even though I was not staying in the apartment anymore. The neighbors I had were very noisy, stomped all times of the day, let their dogs out on balcony instead of taking them downstairs to use the bathroom so it seeped through to mine and the lady beneath me. Ended up having to throw away most of the things on my balcony when I moved. Had four different neighbors next door to me arguments you can hear through the walls not best material. The walkways you can hear everything from regular conversations to stomping, yelling, etc. Parking is annoying at times as some tenants have 3 to 4 cars resulting in parking elsewhere. There are reviews on break ins I did not have my car broken into but had nails put into my tires. Maintenance is good when they have the parts needed to fix what needs to be fixed. I am allergic to bees and wasps this property seems to have a huge problem with keeping them at bay. If you or your child has this allergy probably best to look elsewhere if possible. I used home defense in my apartment. They do have pest control but does not do the actual spray needed to keep bugs out along with not being sure if your neighbors are clean bugs can enter apartment that way as well. The apartment is literally off Fairview rd so getting out during the busiest times of the day can be taking a risk and annoying. Some of the cars fly through the apartment parking lots a lot so kids need to be on the look out. They have valet trash but if your trashcan is slightly open they will not take it. The trash compactor is often broken so they have these dumpsters put out in front at times. The water pressure and temperature of the water is not great. This could be from neighbors using at same time but I work 3rd so I would see at different times of day and sometimes on my off days at night it was usually the same. Call maintenance for this issue was told nothing was wrong with the water heater and it was left at that. The apartments do not clean your carpets as some others offer yearly. Your carpet is replaced when you move out. Appliance held up for 5 years so that’s a good thing. Overall this was my first place after moving out my parents. I loved it at first started disliking it about the 4th year. Glad I am where I want to be now, hope everyone who makes this place their home has a great experience."

"I've been living here for about a yr now. No gimmicks, no fuss... it's a nice, relatively quiet place. Parking can be annoying from time to time because the place wants to keep the casual live as you will feel, but it's aggravating to get home at 3am & not have a spot at your apt to park when there are cars just left for weeks in one spot... that's my only grief here, and even that has gotten better."
