"Overpriced. Renting a single bedroom costs what an entire apartment should be. Extra fees make it even worse. Loud college kids party in the parking lots on the weekends. The office tries to match people by cleanlyness, & party habits, but No one knows how to clean after themselves. Good for short term stay only."

"The manage or owner of these apartment complex need to do better. No all amenities are functional. When a maintenance work order is placed, maintenance does not do a good job following up or replacing things. These apartments really need to be upgraded and the bathroom sinks have no water pressure. The AC does not run properly because some rooms get hotter than others. Took months for our couch to be replaced and only one room was granted new carpet when the whole apartment needed it. If you walk around outside the building, everything looks filthy."
