"I have been living here for almost 3 years, the past 6 months have been horrible. They didn't have anyone in the office for a while and then they hire someone who never answers the phone. They won't upgrade anything in my apartment but redo everyone elses. They got this new way to pay rent but aren't putting in already made payments so it looks like you owe money. And then can't make any payments because it wants you to pay a balance. Horrible"

"My mother has been living in this same apartment for 11-12 years & I can honestly say this is the worst apartment experience we have had EVER!! They can’t keep any office staff or maintenance men & it’s ridiculous!! There is mold everywhere in our bathroom, mold underneath our carpet, wet spots & cracks in our ceiling, & our sockets blew last night in all of the bedrooms & the maintenance man just quit this MORNING!! I have an infant in the home & he has heat rash all over his body because the air barely works. They basically “renovated” every apartment EXCEPT for ours. This apartment is basically falling apart & it’s hazardous for us, especially my baby & nothing has been done about any of it!!! It’s even a spot in our bathroom on the floor that feels like if you step on it you will fall through the floor. I will definitely be looking at options to report to Housing or the Better Business Bureau!!! Hopefully this review changes a couple of minds about renting here."

"Hi I live at these apartments. Been here for 1 year and a few months. Mold in first apt, bathtub they paint instead of replaced and are halfway done. Do not hold up to what they say they will do and get ugly to u when u complain. Always try to take advantage of u, Doll up apt to get u in and then u find out.Not safe place for kids. The roaches are so bad and they love to use ur dog as an excuse for not spraying. Need I say more am here bc new company made promise and they made it hard for me to leave bc we pay actual rent. I do not advise renting here. I was in need of home at time and now they are trying to hold us here and only way I can get out of lease is court or pay extra and lose deposit. So now am in a bind u do not want to live here. Writing this is to help future resident consideration I attest that this in no way helps my situation. Photo just show the truth however this was apt under me which may have caused infection and breathing problems. I have more too."

"I have been living here for just over a year, and I have no real complaints. But I did want to share my relationship with the leasing office in particular Deja Reed. Since our initial meeting she has proven herself to be professional, kind and extremely helpful. I enjoy stopping in for whatever reason simply because of her."

"This place is infested with roaches. It's unbelievable. There is no manager just a temp who knows nothing about the property. I have called the new owner (Lenax) and the will not call back. A lot of work needs to be done. I don't feel safe living here. It's getting to the point that it's run down when there can be so much potential but the owners don't seem to care. I want to move but need signature from manager or owner that's not here. The owners should be reported for this. See all the roaches and I have to spend my money to get industrial roach killer."
