"l moved here in 2012 and i am still here. I have never had anything bad happen to my car or my apartment. Chris is one of the nicest people I have met since I moved down here. They keep the grounds clean and if you need anything fixed in your apartment they fix it the next day. The people move in are the problem because they don't care about where there live."
"Worst place I've ever stayed at in my life! I lived there for 7 months & I had to go ! It's literally the ghetto , me moving from Greenville I didn't know anything about this community. From the looks on the outside I thought they were nice & the price was just right but now I know why the prices are so cheap. My car got vandalized out there & my apt got broken into I got feed up & moved. They expected me to pay them 1500 for just moving out when my rent was only 610! Charge it to the rental history because they will NOT receive any money from me EVER"
