The Lofts at Northside Station

"Quite possibly the most painfully silent experience I've ever had. Was initially greeted by an employee who seemingly wanted nothing to do with me. After blindly prompting me to apply online, she rushed me out of the leasing office. I applied the following week and still was unable to make contact with the property manager to even see what I was applying for, but we were in a time crunch so I went with the hope that this new development would be a positive experience. After emailing multiple people at the property management company, the marketing manager was the only one with the decency to respond. She then was able to finally connect me with the property manager who still lacked respect and urgency, responding days later. She then claimed no apartments were available and that there were many applications ahead of us, and continued to ask us if we wanted to be added to the waitlist. The biggest problem is that multiple apartments were advertised as available directly on their website. After paying $150.00 in application fees, all of a sudden nothing is available. If it wasn't for my pestering, I believe they would have never even contacted me. Mind you in between emails, I took several trips to the leasing office to only find them closed randomly in the middle of the day. It has been approximately a month after applying now, and I can still say they are up to no good. Will be contacting my bank as this was clearly a poor attempt of fraud by the management company."
