Mason Manor Apartments

"The apartments were completing renovations in 2017, most improvements were made to cabinets The bathroom is wheelchair accessible and all doors are wide for that reason. There is no washer dryer hook up but there is an affordable laundry room to use. Just realize they are small. All sidewalks are for wheel chairs and walkers. The apartments are all the same; one bedroom, one bathroom with open concept kitchen & living area and a utility closet (hot water heater and air return for HVAC). All apartments have fire & Co2 alarms. Ceiling fans are provided in the living room & bedroom. The most important thing to know is, heated space is 446 square ft. The front stoop measures 4.5,' x 9' and the back patio is 6' x 10.25'. Utility cost with Broad River Electric is very affordable. Lawn service & garbage disposal service is included in rent. This is an older community with some activities provided by the leasing company. Currently we have a leasing manager, not Lisa, who makes out a monthly calendar of events."

"My parents applied for an apartment, they made numerous trips taking paper work and every time was told everything looks great. Ashley Roger's even showed them the apartment they were getting. She put the proof of income through while we were there with her and said it went through. Then after all of that she called and said the auditor said the gross income was too much and they were turned down. Very misleading"

"Advertised with washer dryer hook ups - THERE ARE NO WASHER DRYER HOOKUPS IN THESE APARTMENTS. Manager is only here on rent collection day. If you actually do see her, and ask her to address a complaint, she only tells you what you want to hear! Maintenance man just here for paycheck - he does nothing unless forced. His main job is to smoke in front of the office. Building always locked and no one answers the phone - you only get voicemail. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOLKS!"

"The apartments are perfect for a noble elderly person. The doorways are large for easy access. Kitchen and living room are open concept. Lots of cabinets in the kitchen. Lager bathroom with walk-in shower. Covered front porch peryfir dirty and visitors. Nice patio out the back door. Ground are very pretty and Lisa is a dream come true as the manager."

"I have lived at Mason Manor for almost 18 years and have had many property managers, and Tina is by far the best that we have had. She is friendly, goes above and beyond for everyone out here. She helps with our meals every week, checks on everyone that is sick and she doesn't have to do that. She is always smiling and happy at work and does more for us than any manager we have had. I hope she don't leave our apartments."
