"The Park at Vietti is a great place to live! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, too, including the pool, gym, and clubhouse. I would definitely recommend The Park at Vietti to anyone looking for a new place to live in Spartanburg. Here are a few of the things I love most about The Park at Vietti: - The apartments are very spacious and have great layouts. I have plenty of room for all of my furniture and belongings, and I love that I have a private patio. - The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There are plenty of places to walk and relax, and the pool is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always available to answer questions and help with anything I need. - The location is great. I am close to everything I need, including work, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at The Park at Vietti. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live in Spartanburg."

"this place is still a joke. Somehow my reviews keep getting removed, and i’ll just keep adding reviews since I currently live here. Complex was bought out at the end of 2022 and surprisingly enough, it’s gotten worse. Management is very dismissive and will tell you whatever they need to in order to get you to go away. They give us ‘notices’ but they either don’t show up, or they show up outside of the 24 hour window. OR THEY GIVE YOU NOTICES THAT WERE DATED DAYS BEFORE YOU RECEIVING THEM. Maintenance staff is just full of creeps. Cover yourself up if you ever have to deal with them. Trash hardly ever gets picked up on time, even though we are being charged for valet services. Just be careful where you go, and always read reviews. I’ll update my review if it actually gets better around here."

"I’ve been here since April and the complex was bought out at the beginning of the year to a new management company that has been doing a ton of remodeling outdoors and inside the units, I got a new stove, garbage disposal, tubs/shower, toilets/flooring, carpet and paint, & HVAC system prior to moving in. When something was wrong with my washer they came and immediately replaced it same day and have kept that standard with anything I bring to their attention which has been very minimal and only during the time I just moved in, since then I haven’t had any problems at all. They are understaffed in the office but the property manager Kim is kind and the manintence team is pleasant & attentive … they are basically resetting the standards after undergoing new management. It’s quiet over here and I really like my apt it’s pretty up to date and nice. I’d recommend living here, especially with the new management company they are under ☺️"

"This should be rated without stars. Poor management. They only maintain the outdoors , just to impress new commers. Very unpleasant environment in the units. Toilets are clogged, improper waste management and roaches are a real headache. Wouldn't recommend this bad place for anyone."

"Management is a joke. My husband name is on the lease and he is sick and I handle all our affairs. Because I have been calling and emailing about repairs. I document all calls and emails and in person. Now they have a problem with talking to me. They want to evict me from my husband because I am not on the lease. We been here since November 2022. They don't have a problem taking the rent check every month from me."
