"I didn’t even want to hit the one star but that was the only way I could share how hateful this management is - they are nothing but theives and honestly I feel a little racism as well… For someone to care for animals soooo much she would not allow us to retrieve our pets from the apartment- after moving everything from the apartment we went back to get our pets and Barbra would not let us in to get them… we called and tried to have someone rescue our pets and she stated “ she gave them to other residents “…. #Note: one of our fish tanks is in her office at Valley Creek - so she lied when she said she had gave our pets to other residents- instead she stole them for herself… Karma is real!!! Not only that for a year we had one of our bathrooms not working - mice in the walls and roaches like no other place I’ve ever been - their way of fixing it was giving us sticky traps… for 1300$ a month she should have caught them rats herself… Long story short - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!"

I ran across Valley Creek and 2 of the most helpful ladies Barbara and Beverly I have ever come across. They both were very informative as to what issues they have had in the past and how they are working diligently to address those issues. I am definitely considering this Complex, it's because of these 2 ladies being so honest and truthful! I can absolutely consider because of their transparency.
