"They dont care about residents safety. My apartment got broken into less than a month after I moved in. They wouldn't transfer me to another unit. Whoever broke in burned up the carpet and I was made to pay for it or they were gonna terminate the lease. Im from another state, i dont know anyone here.The hot water heater needed fixed before i moved in and it took maintenance over a week to fix it. They also damaged the sheet rock during the repair and I got charged when I moved out. I got charged for lock fees even though I turned in the 2 apartment keys and 1 mailbox key I was given. I also gave a proper 60 day notice and still got charged 2 months of rent for moving out early when I had no choice. I explained it to property manager. My mom who at the time was very ill in another state last year. She passed last year too. Imagine my surprise to see I owe them thousands of dollars that I shouldn't have owed. The apartment was left in rentalable condition. She could have rented it in a week. Don't rent from these people. All cheap rent ain't good rent. They dont care about you."

"Place is old. Out of date. Neighbors complain that live underneath on lower floors that that to noise. You have to tip toe to not make any noise. Neighbors are not considerate. 6:30 in morning car alarms are going off. Women yelling in parking lot. Just a dump for the money."
