"I lived here for 7 years ! It is a good place , but I was forced to vacate at lease end due to renovations. Its understandable to modernize and try to keep up with the marketplace. However, the way corporate management changed in 2 years decreased the living experience. I now live in a better place in comparison at the current market rates ."

"Management has been amazing and has helped facilitate my roommate and I through a quick and seamless application/approval/move-in process. They have been very responsive and patient to any questions we have had and display great customer relations. As someone who has rented several apartments over the course of time, I have seen how rare that is, so it so far has been a breath of fresh air. The complex and units are as advertised! I love the renovations and the closets in both the master and guest of the 2BR are huge! I was also pleasantly surprised to see how many trees surround the complex to add to that extra home-y feel."

"This is my very first apartment and all I can say is that im very impressed with this place. The apartment managers have been nothing but kind and super helpful with everything. I put in a work order for maintenance and they showed up in less than 10 minutes and had it fixed in a very timely manner. Also the apartment itself is very nice! Im definitely enjoying my stay here so far. Would highly recommend!"

"Really enjoyed living here for a year. The office staff was always friendly and helpful! The vaulted ceilings were lovely and having 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom was so nice. Some features were a bit dated but the overall look was great. We had no problems except for a noisy neighbor but the office always quickly responded to concerns. Would recommend!"

"Been living here since 2013 and we love it so far. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and even if they don't answer the phone the first time (usually because they're out giving a tour) they always call back if I leave a message. The trash pickup is absolutely worth the few extra dollars in rent (especially since the last place we stayed at would actually charge a penalty fee for leaving your trash outside). We plan on staying here until we buy a house in the next two years or so. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend."
