""Management" is laughable and the maintenance team doesn't seem to want to work on any issues brought up. They hardly answer phone calls and when they do it takes forever for them to respond to any situation, emergency or otherwise. The apartments are NOT worth what's being charged as they only do a paint job and a "slight" floor change. Anything else is the renters issue it seems. If you want anything done in a timely manner, you might as well do it yourself and accept the loss but that's how people like the ones "working" here get let off the hook. Ridiculous and laughable are the words I'd use to describe these apartments and the "staff"."

"This place don't even deserve any stars at all. I been in my Apartment since 2018 the first Ladys where very sweet but noisy come in your Apartment without you knowing about. These apartments are very old they don't want to fix anything only vacated apartments get worked on all of my sinks are leaking they will NOT fix it I got so much water damage."

"I have been living here for about 5 years now. I have finished construction of my brand new home and moving in 30 days finally want to speak out!!!The complex is owned by new management now. Since new management has taken over my rent is now increasing about $400 more dollars a month. No repairs or updates have been made to my apartment since its been built. I have popcorn ceiling with the paint chipping and falling now. Wood closet bedroom doors and old stained countertops that are all original. There is liter/trash all over the grounds everywhere. Broken down non-operable neglected vehicles taking up parking spaces that remain in the same spot for months/years. Dog owners are careless and leave dog mess on grounds. Dark parking lots minimal lighting with graffiti painted street signs. Trash cans are always overflowing and residents become careless and leave trash and trash bags outside dumpster and stray animals spread the trash everywhere . If you are allergic to cats don't move here, they have a massive amount of cats roaming throughout the whole complex since I loved here. If you have a nice car these cats will crawl on top of your car and scratch up the paint coat. Loud train tracks that run constantly 24/7. No amenities, no pool or sidewalks and rundown playgrounds. Maintenance is lazy they try to get out fixing anything at all cost possible. I have to make multiple calls over recurring problems. Had a bathtub leak, tub kept being patched up every few weeks and still tearing up and leaking. I have a 3BR 2BA and only one tub works, the other is not operable due to a ongoing leak it has now rusted out. I chose to stay because these apartments were asking below market cheapest around county until the new owners took over this year. Now they are asking for $400 increase no updates or repairs."
