"the power was out half of the time. Big pest issues due to trash piles at the dumpster. Management started off ok however was lackluster towards the end. Idiots would use the parking lot across at crunch as a hangout/drifting point. High rent for a so/so apartment. Would not recommend this complex."

"The main office has been forthcoming with helping us mitigate issues within the complex- those primarily being resident oriented. The maintenance staff is courteous, timely, professional, and knowledgeable- they've been great. New trash compactor is in, and due to it overflowing often, I'm sure management is working towards having it emptied more frequently throughout the week. Overall, good value for the price. We've been here a year, and although we've had our differences at points, I'm confident that the new management team will do their best to fix issues."
