"DO NOT RECOMEND OR HIRE THIS BUSINESS- Let me start off by saying I'm a homeowner not a renter of theirs. I needed a front porch built on my house at the time. They start off by being reasonable & polite & saying that they are here to make you happy. But what you don't know is how deceiving, rude, unreasonable and unprofessional they are. Eddie Duncan is hateful and a liar. When you ask them to do a job, you better make sure they can do the WHOLE job and not wait till they get half way in and then tell you they can't do something like they did me. When asked would they take a small portion off the price since we was going to have to hire someone else to finish it, he was very rude in telling me no. The quality of the work is not what you pay for. These people claim to be Christians but they sure don't mind being just the opposite. I'll never recommend this business to anyone. BEWARE"

"I should have looked at reviews before coming here. I waited for two weeks for someone to call me back about my application and never heard a word. It took me finally calling to ask about it for them to let me know that it had been done (who knows for how many days) but there was an issue they were having trouble with. Had they called and addressed the issue with me when it first happened I would have taken care of it. Unfortunately since they never called and just put my paperwork back in a file I lost that window of time and the house I wanted is now gone. I could call and easily fix the issue but seeing how they couldn't even take the time to call me, I am taking my money elsewhere. Besides, now reading all the reviews about how they do not come fix problems with their rentals, it’s probably a good thing I am choosing a different company!"
