"I’ve lived here for around 3 months and have nothing but good things to say about my apartment! The amenities are top-notch and my apartment itself is SO spacious with gorgeous finishes. It’s in a great location as well and Samantha and Christina have been SO helpful and sweet. They really make our community feel like home. I love it here!"

"I would give 4 stars. The building itself is neat. Amenities are very nice in the apartments and in the common areas. The walls aren’t super thin and I never hear my neighbor. But the floors are not insulated at all. I hear everything that happens in the apartment below mine, and it sounds as if people are having a conversation in my living room. Would be better if the person below me wasn’t loud. The reason for 3 stars is the staff. They are not very friendly. They are super friendly and helpful while you’re in the process of signing your lease. Once that’s finished they change their tone. They always act like you’re inconveniencing them when you ask them to do anything. Constantly there is nobody in the office and they rarely answer the phone if you call. The maintenance team is very friendly."
