"We had to move in this townhouse December 2022, management was nice, Apartment was nice, Neighbors were amazing. We signed a year lease, we just notified management Brenda, in December that we found a home, she told us to be out by 1/1/2024 to be within the lease or we would have to pay another month. So we moved and cleaned to a immaculate status on 12/31/23, she never would meet us, answer our calls or text, so we took video footage of everything the way we left, and now 3 weeks later she mails me a letter stating we couldn't get our deposit back, so I'm glad I'm knowledgeable and has a good legal representation, so I guess I'll see them in court. It's a sad day we live in when people try to take advantage of honest good people. But hopefully no one else will have to after I'm done."

"I used to live at Country Place for 4 years. I loved the management & never in 4 years did I have an issue that wasn't taken care of immediately. Tonight I Googled the property to recommend to a friend who is moving to SC from Texas. Yes the manager carries a gun, no one complained when she was out at night ensuring everyone was safe, ensuring the teens from neighboring subdivision wasn't breaking into cars, ensuring no loud parties were being thrown late at night. The 10pm curfew was for loud noise / loud music so no one disturbed one another, not once in all the years there did I receive any type of notice saying I could not come or go as I pleased. My family & I moved because I bought a house. I highly recommend Country Place we loved it while living there, many of my old neighbors/friends still live there. It is a great apartment complex with family values."

"Don't move in here! The landlord is a vindictive, lying, conniving person. Who will go above and beyond to ensure your unhappiness. Accused me of abusing my children. Save your money and find another place. Not to mention the roaches."
