"I have to agree with the last review censoring service animals, because in the law of south Carolina it states that they must be allowed in homes. And in dealing with ESA I believe the law does or does not state that denying someone there animal when they have a disability or depression is God awful. Living here feels like you're in a jail I mean you can't even have a chest freezer when the freezer they supply you with is too small to fit in foods. The apartment complex looks great but I'd have to say how you get treated here is bad, and I hope they can change it. There has been drug use out here as well. You are treated like a senior who can only come in and out and do nothing else if you want a bit more freedom and better neighbors don't move here."

"Don't live here, if you have a service animal be prepared to give it up moving here. 300$ to get paperwork just to have a service animal in which they will deny you even with the doctors note if you can't pay to get paperwork. Honestly the place went downhill especially all the rules, at first you could have an ESA animal but now you can't and if you have a animal for seizures forget coming here or sue them. Rude neighbors, cracks in doors and mold has been reported in some apartments. This place is going to get sued by someone one day don't bother to come here. They change rules every second you could have something you could not have it you have neighbors who are always in your business the place could be better."

"Property manager speaks to her tenants is a very demeaning manner. Took 2 days to have a maintenance man come about a water leak that the actually water company called about because the property manager said this was not urgent and I called on a Tuesday evening and no one came until Thursday. Garbage over fills every week. Stray cats roam the apartment complex."
