"Stay away of this company if you are not looking for headache. I have moved enough times in the past 10+ years to know I shouldn’t have high expectations of moving companies. But believe me, the Strong Men moving breaks all records in poor service and dishonesty. They were supposed to come early in the morupning for moving of my 4 bedroom house. They didn’t show up until 11:35. I called several times from 9 am to 10 but they sent me to voice mail. I even emailed them. Finally, at 10:10 someone answered my phone and said they’ll follow up with the driver. Then, he called back and said they are on their way 20 min from your house. But it took about another 1.5 hours for them to arrive. Once they arrived, I was shocked to see that they didn’t even have a 26’ truck as they had promised. All they had was a pickup truck and a tiny trailer! When I complained that they won’t be able to finish the job with that small truck and trailer, the guy very rudely said go find someone else to do the work for you, then he hang up phone on me and the workers left. I called their office and a lady said they will return my $300 deposit. But they had lied again! They didn’t return my deposit and they stopped answering my phone calls and e-mails. Ultimately, I was forced to dispute the credit charge via my bank for the first time in my life! PS: at 7:58 am on January 1st, John from Strong Men called me and woke me up to threaten me to take my review off Google or it will have consequences for me! He also said that I will get my deposit back after 2 business day. I did get my deposit back on January 3rd. But I don’t know if they voluntarily returned my deposit or is that because I disputed the credit charge."

"The men were friendly. They showed up with a smile. My apartment had stairs and elevators to deal. Everything was professionally done. I would recommend using them to my friends."

"Strong men moving was the only company that answered after I called 15 places the night before. Melissa got me on the schedule asap for next day moving. Paul and Dennis were so helpful! They helped me wrap and pack up. I’m 8 months pregnant and they made this move a breeze! Our lock wasn’t working at the new place but they were so patient and kind and waited until we were able to get it fixed and they didn’t charge us extra for it. So grateful for all the help! Thank you guys again! Dream team ! Recommend to anyone who wants great movers!"

"Do yourself a favor and call another moving company! If I could give 0 stars, I would! I had the worst moving experience right from the start. The movers said they’d be early so I rushed home from my walkthrough without unpacking my car and waited a good 45 mins for them. They arrived 15 minutes after our scheduled time. They sent 2 teenage boys that were not professional at all. It took them 2 hours to load the truck as shown in the picture. I called the company a few times and expressed my concern with them not being able to get the job done right after I watched them slam boxes of glassware down each step on their dolly. The company argued with me every single time I called. The customer service was horrific and I’ve never had a worse experience in my life!! They loaded the truck with about 6-10 items of mine and left before I knew they did, leaving the majority of my items still in the apartment. It took them 4 hours to move the items they brought over and left the rest for me to figure out on my own. They said that they’d stop the clock and would return to finish the move if I called and told them they were done. This cost me $500! They did not return and left me to hire more movers to finish the job."
