"I asked when their notary would be available. I arrived well before that time only to be told she had left. She was actually in the back. I just had surgery and had a short window of time to get a simple document notarized. I pleaded with the employee who was useless as was the one who told me a time to come. Truly a heartless place. Found a good one down IOP at a UPS store who actually came out to the car so I didn't have to limp in with a clearly bandaged foot. I had to get these important documents mailed today. I was with my husband as I couldn't drive."
