Marco's Pizza

"Ordered this past Sunday. 1/2 bacon and other just cheese….almost $19 and the pizza was horrible. The bacon had a burnt/metal taste to it and the pizza itself was doughy. I rather pay a few dollars more and have consistency from Miglioris- won’t be back to Marco’s as the value is no longer there and the quality surely went down!"

"So this has become our favorite chain to get take out or delivery pizza. It is good affordable quality pizza. I would choose it over pizza hut or Domino's. Sometimes the wait is a little long even for take out but overall not too bad."

"Normally we have good experiences with Marco's. I can't find a way to express my bad experience through their website, so I'm posting here. We ordered on 11/20/2023 and it was awful. It took 2.5 hours to get our pizza, and of course by then it was cold and old. I even called to check on our order after 1.5 hours and was assured it would be coming soon and it would be hot and fresh. They were understaffed at the restaurant and with drivers. No email order updates, no email delivery updates and no email request for feedback after delivery (which I find interesting since I ALWAYS get an email asking for my feedback after every order). I guess they were afraid to hear about the terrible service and experience they provided. It's a shame..."

"As you can see below where the company responded, they do not address the quality of the product. I ordered a calzone and had it delivered with Uber eats. The order was not correct and as you can see with the picture there was no filing and I requested no garlic and it was covered in garlic so I called the manager on duty to express my concerns. He told me sorry but since you ordered with Uber eats there is nothing he can do. He agreed the company policy was not right but I was out of luck. I explained that the issue is the quality of product and not delivery and that I just wanted a good product that I paid for. He refused to give me his name when asked for it and hung up on me. I attempted to file a report online with the feedback but it only allows me to place an order and not provide the feedback. I will not be back if this is the way customers are treated."
