"After using Ferrellgas for many years, you can't imagine how shocked I was at the way we were treated last summer. Let me begin by saying my husband and I had a very difficult year health wise. In all honesty, I never gave "propane balances" a second thought. I assumed we were on an automatic delivery service. One Saturday morning I went in to get ready for the day and couldn't get any hot water. My husband checked and sure enough we had run out of propane. This had never happened to us before in the almost twenty years of living in our home. We called Ferrell and were informed that we were not on an automatic delivery service as we had thought and we would have to pay an extra $100 (or more, can't be exactly certain) to receive delivery that day. We tried in vain to explain that we had been using them for years, we honestly thought we were on automatic delivery, etc., and without going into many details our health situation. All to no avail. You can be certain we did not continue with Ferrellgas and found a company that was at our home within the hour with no penalty fee."

"Prompt delivery. Courteous and friendly personell. We live in a gated community and GPS directions always seem to bring deliveries to the wrong gate for access. A bit aggravating as it happens every time. Please provide your drivers with the proper instructions."
