"Never dealt with a mail service that after walking in with everything packed up and label printed… That I’d have to pay $4 for a whole roll of tape just to seal the box and attach the label to box…any other place would just say thank you take your label and box tape it up and give you your receipt…u have tape or not take your items elsewhere with better customer service"

"Dropped my USPS package off 3 days ago. Still no updated tracking and the they tell me my package is not there. USPS didn’t scan my package when they picked it up. Owner of palmetto parcel said it’s USPS fault my package is lost as all USPS leave his store at 4:30pm and they don’t hold packages. Business hours on store say open until 5pm. Idk guess it’s been this way for over 25 years. Where’s my package Dave??"

"I have never been treated with such rudeness as I have been today at Palmetto Parcels…. The clerk wouldn’t give me her name but I’m sure she got a zero in professionalism…..Her attitude shocked me as I have never been treated with such rudeness…. I don’t intend to EVER use this company again…I call my friends and family to boycott this location until they can treat customers better."

"Terrible customer service, very rude! I had a package to drop off for UPS to pick up.. My printer wasn’t working so I asked if they could print my label. They charged me $10.80 for one sheet of paper and then proceeded to tell me I needed to buy a roll of tape four pieces of tape. I would’ve gladly paid a reasonable amount for them to print the label and add tape but almost $14!!! if I could give them -100 stars I would…"
