"Zero customer service skills. Extremely rude and discriminate people's speech and accents. Refused to give extra butter packs meanwhile any other location gives it to you. Obviously this one specific lady needs to be fired and maybe clean out her ears. Severe attitude problem and rushes you but yet we even asked if the ranch and honey was in the bag she said yes. Then says we didn't ask for the sauce when we definitely did 3x. The biscuits are dry but yet we can't get more because they claim to already butter them. Like ok I want more but Obviously walking two feet is a issue. Miss ANGELLA ain't no dam angel. Complete thunder Cnt. Never coming here again. Ppl like her is why they get drinks thrown in their face. Probably racist. We are "white" aren't we"

"Update... decided to stop here and give them another chance 8 months later. Wow.. the fries were from walmart, when does bojangles ever have crinkled fries? Also, they had no sauce available other than ketchup. April 2023..... Stopped here for breakfast. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with fries. The fries tasted as though they saved them from the night before and dipped them back into the oil before serving to me. The cheese on my biscuit wasn't even melted. Worst experience ever."

"Worst bojangles to eat from ! Manger mistreated me because I complained about a raw chicken sandwich. Ever since I made my complaint she mistreated me and also took it as far as getting a no trespassing order against me just because I asked for a refund . All I wanted was a tomato add to a biscuit and she told someone I'm " not " allowed to add anything because I complained about a raw chicken sandwich"

"We wanted to order the leg and thigh dinners. However, when we ordered our food, they were out of legs and biscuits. We were bummed because we really wanted Bojangles biscuits. They subbed chicken breasts for the legs but sadly we didn’t receive biscuits. While we were eating, the cashier came out and said if we could wait 7 minutes, they’d have hot biscuits ready. She was so sweet and brought us a box of 5 biscuits. Our dinner turned out excellent thanks to the lovely employee this evening."

"Food was good. The service for the most part was not great. The cashier was short with us and was not patient. We paid and realized she didn't ring us up for a combo meal, but the cashier was long gone within seconds in the back chatting. We were able to flag someone down a few minutes later to help and it was sorted. After eating, we went to use the bathroom and most of the employees were huddled up by the bathroom and me and my daughter couldn't get by. I realized they were all vaping back there where the camera most likely can't see them... Not a good look. We left at 6pm to the car and heard the employees talking about how they are going to "give no effort" tonight at work. Not super professional... I needed to throw something away and the doors were locked, so I couldn't even throw it away. Seems a bit early to close the lobby at 6 on a Saturday... Either way, not a great experience here. It's fast food, I get it, but still they should be a little better than this.."
