"I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Quentin is not the honest, upstanding businessman that he portrays himself to be. Quentin’s team lost the hinge pins to my baby grand piano and caused damage to the desk of the piano. Quentin assured us in writing that he would cover the cost of the replacement pins and repair to the piano desk once we submitted to him copies of the charges - which we did. He went as far as to say “the check is in the mail. We have tried to follow up several times since we have never received the check but he has ghosted us. Quentin is certainly not a man of his word."
"Very disappointed in Quentin’s response to an issue that they created themselves. They lost the pins to our baby grand piano, actually they just misplaced them, upon delivery they discovered the mistake, Quentin assured us we would have them in a week!! Seven weeks later and still no piano pins. We were lied to multiple times, they’re in the mail... I certainly would not recommend this company or ever use them again!"
