"My entire order was incorrect!! I ordered a CHEESE PIZZA WITH BEEF & onions on half the pizza but received a pepperoni pizza! I also ordered cinnamon sticks but received cinnamon rolls! The manager was careless and so was the staff ! The girl at the register tried to correct my order by leaving the register after dealing with money she proceeded to pick pepperonis off a pizza without cleaning her hands and putting on gloves !! I asked for a refund but was unable to receive a refund because no manager was on duty. I am upset because I was treating my son to pizza last night. I will just stick with just Giuseppi’s pizza !"

"Can’t handle delivering pizzas very well. Charging delivery fees when you pass the responsibility off to Door Dash? Then door dash screws up TWICE making what should be a very simple delivery. This location and the door dashers they use are not worth the time or money."

"This location is so convenient. It is mere blocks from my home and the service has always been great and the pizza is always ready when it is promised to be. The only negative was that the air conditioning is broken in the store and the employees were working around multiple ovens in an unbelievably hot environment. Somehow they were still polite, friendly, and conscientious. Their boss should know how rare that is. Please fix this problem for your awesome employees."

"The young man that took my order at the place (I believe his name is Antonio) was the best. He was joyous and very polite. He even brought my food out to the car when it was ready. Now that's service. My pizza came out just the way I ordered it."
