"Absolutely terrible experience from the get go. Greeted with snarky girl working behind the counter, wait almost 1 hour for a pizza and wings and then get charged 53 dollars for a large pizza and 12 wings. The pizza was okay, it was really greasy and all you taste is sauce, the wings on the other hand were horrendous. They were soggy and had no flavor whatsoever. Definitely will never come back."

"Ordered at 605, told 25 mins. Went in at 630 not even cooking yet. 15-20 people in there waiting. Just got pizza at 726. Never again!"

"Update your hours. There is absolutely no reason for them to have online orders still taking money if the store isn't open. Had to call a separate location to even figure out what was going on. Unprofessional to just take orders and take the money. No reason for it to have allowed us to order from a store that's closed despite that the app allowed us to and Google says the store is open. Pretty aggravating situation."

"Placed an order through the app. Arrived to pick it up and the doors were locked and the lights were off. Called the store, no answer. Had to go through corporate customer service to try to get my money back. When you're competing with so many other pizza joints around, be better. Won't return to Pizza Hut."

"Ordered through the app then picked up at the store. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was on time and was ok. The pizza needed to be cooked longer, so I had to throw it in the oven when I got home. Overall, I would recommend and may go back when I'm in the area again"
