"Just had the worst customer service experience ever at the Bluffton location!!!! After ordering the little bacon CHEESEburger, I received it not once, but twice prepared minus the cheese and other toppings I requested which cost me $10.19 for the burger before fries, $17.85 total for the bacon CHEESEburger and fries. Shout out to the server, Keaton S., at register 2, who thought it was a bright idea to give a paying customer the chill out hand gesture when I expressed my frustration, instead of turning a negative dining experience into a positive!!!! He was absolutely rude, I was offended, and what I experienced is not acceptable as the restaurant wasn’t busy, and I informed him multiple times how I desired my burger to be prepared. Just TERRIBLE!"
