"I am 8 months pregnant and ordered a rocking chair. They left a note saying the delivery was attempted on a Saturday. I was home all Saturday && no one ever knocked on my door or attempted delivery. I scheduled for them to redeliver the chair and they still did not deliver it. I have called the Summerall location at least 25 times, at different times within last 3 days and nobody answers the phone. I am unable to pick up the chair because I am pregnant. This is so frustrating."

"I have lived at the same address for a long time and this post office constantly places mail belonging to other people in my mailbox and vice versa. Every day there is a pile of mail on top of the clustered mailbox from where my neighbors place mail that belongs to other people but has been placed in their box. I once ordered a phone that was marked as delivered while I was standing on my porch but never made it to my house. These items are not being stolen by porch pirates, they just aren't being delivered. One carrier told me that he had been throwing my mail away, which is illegal. Their carriers drive through my neighborhood and other neighborhoods where children play like they are on a race track. This post office really needs to be investigated. Most packages never make it to my home so I have to pay for a P.O. box so that the carriers won't "misdeliver" my packages and mail. The P.O. box is somewhat more reliable but they are still constantly marking my packages as delivered when they have not been, so I have to fill out a form for them to track down the package they lied about delivering. They don't care how fragile a package is, they will bend and crumple anything to try to stuff it into the P.O. box instead of putting it in a parcel locker. I constantly have to send stuff back to Amazon after it has been damaged from being stuffed into the P.O. box. There is only ever one person at the counter and they never answer the phone."

"Staff have always been great to work with. Very friendly very smooth if you have everything you need. Just look up on website and it will tell you what you need to do. Makes everything smooth. I ship over a thousand pkgs a year and never an issue."

"I’ve been having problems with this Post Office for the last five months. I purchased a post office box in May of this year I thought I did a change of address online. It was about to my attention that the change your address online was not complete. Sooooo I personally went into the post office to fill up a change of address card. My mail still has been messed up. No mail has been put in my PO Box. I’ve talked to multiple employees up there. I’ve also call USPS and the situation still have not been resolved. No one at the post office can tell me where is my mail being held at because it’s not being held at the post office per day employees. This has been an ongoing nightmare for me."

"Front desk personnel seem to be so spaced out its amazing they landed the job to begin with. Had an individual that seemed to have issues reading a typed address on an envelope. Someone from the back area came up to the front, didn't help as there was a long line, instead told him to hurry up and walked away. Music was blaring and lack of customer care seemed very obvious. 0.5/5 stars"
