Pizza Hut

"I waited 30 after I placed my order to go get it. I sat 30 minutes in line that was wrapped around the building. When I could get out the line I went inside. I stood there 20 minutes before I was even spoken to or looked at by any employee. Then stood there another 20 minutes waiting on my order. When I got my food the order was cold missing items and service is awful.i ordered the bacon cheesey bread and got plain ole cheese sticks. My pepperoni bacon pizza has bacon on half on all the pepperoni was round the crust and cold. The cheese pizza was tough and chewy the hot wings one was pooled in sauce and the other was no a complete order I bought the dipping sauce but did not get it. This most awful pizza hut I have ever had. Do not recommend to anyone. I spent over $40 I could have went across the street to Little Ceaser's and had better pizza and service and would have been quicker"

"This Pizza Hut has horrible service if you are a customer or Dasher. I ordered a pizza and 2 hours went by no delivery. I had to just drive up there. As a dasher, they will leave you standing there and not acknowledge you. Also forgets to put ALL the food in the bag so double check."

"if i could give 0 i would. they have never delivered on time. i put an order in at 5:30 and it’s currently 10. i still don’t have it. they had a door dasher there to pick it up when i didn’t order through door dash.. called like 10 times in the last 5 hours haven’t really gotten any help. got a message at 9:30 that it was out for delivery and they are located 2 minutes away…"

"My family ordered 2 pizzas for dinner last night using the Pizza Hut app. After placing the order the notice on the screen said we would receive our order within 30 minutes. An hour later we still have not received the pizza. My daughter suggested that I check the front porch. Sure enough there were two cold pizzas on the porch. The worthless delivery person was too lazy to ring the doorbell to let us know our food had been delivered. That’s what happens when you tip these kids before they do their job."

"Placed an order for my family. Order was late arriving. They had to get Door Dash to deliver the food. The boneless wings I promised to my 6 year old boy were not part of the food that was delivered. The Door Dash driver basically said it wasn’t his problem and I should call the store. The store would not answer my call and kept sending me to the call center. The wings arrived nearly an hour after the rest of the food. We sat down to eat and I opened the large thin crust supreme pizza to find the pizza wasn’t even fully covered with sauce/toppings. My experience with this location has been hit and miss in the past, definitely some poor experiences previously that I did not leave reviews about, but this was one of the worst."
