Marco's Pizza

"Tonight was a TERRIBLE experience as a new customer. This is my third time ordering from here. I made my order online around 7:30. Got here around 7:50 (after I got an email at 7:42 stating my order was ready) the girl who came to the window stated that it would be 5 minutes, I waited another 15 minutes. Got home and was not satisfied with my order. I know pizza will have some form of grease, but both my pizzas were very greasy, too brown on the bottom, and very thin, I did not order thin crust. So I called to let them know about it and they said they will re make it. I got there and it was a whole issue. They said they will remake both. Then a minute later you see several employees coming up front laughing and playing around the pizza looking in the boxes and then tell me I have to keep one because it suppose to be made this way after 5 people have touched my food. I told them I didn’t want it. One guy comes to the window showing me a thin crust going back and forth with me about what’s thin crust and what isn’t and that pizza is suppose to be greasy. I than asked could I please get a refund? They said I can get store credit. I told them I didn’t want store credit because at that point I don’t even want to do business there anymore. The manager is talking from the back sending messages by employees instead of speaking to me herself. She then comes to the window & as I begin to talk she shuts the window in my face. Sent another guy to the window to tell me it’s been refunded, so I asked for a receipt showing that it’s been refunded. As anywhere else would give you a receipt for a refund. I waited 10 minutes. Called the store phone and the girl stated she was waiting on her manager. I asked how long would it take and she hung up the phone in my face. These kids really called the police on me and told me I cursed at them and I refused to leave. Not one time was I asked to leave by anyone at all. I just simply wanted a refund because they were refusing to redo my order. I will be sure to visit this location in the morning and ask for corporate number. Because this is not how you run a business. There is a place and a time to play. And over people food is not one. I’ve never had an experience like this in my entire life. If I wasn’t satisfied with my order it’s always been remade or a refund giving with no issue. This store needs new mature employees."

"We have stopped ordering from this Marco's location, because several times the salad wasn't even delivered without a call or email. So, we weren't told we would have less food delivered until it actually got here. Then also the pizzas have been lacking in quality. The crust has become a lot more gummy or they try and get them through the oven quicker. Either way, quality of food and service has massively decreased in the past year."

"The place is almost always busy when I see it, however the foods grate. I recommend calling ahead of time due to the fact that some times they only have one worker. If you like your crust thick or well done, make sure to ask. Their crust is normally really soft but not soft enough for the pizza to curve over."

"We ordered a large salad and cheese bread for delivery tonight. Had delivered to us the wrong salad, smaller than what we ordered. Got the cheese bread, no sauce. We just wanted our dinner and they were unwilling to deliver the correct food. Instead they offered us half the price of the food back as store credit. A lot of good that does when we don't want to order here anymore now. Order #253 for the Marco's folk that eventually see this. Love the food, have really enjoyed other locations, but we won't be back to this one."

"Ordered a large pizza with green peppers and mushrooms. Green peppers and mushrooms were just placed on top - not cooked and peppers were crisp. Basically inedible. Contacted location and was told to return to store and a new pizza would be cooked. Returning was not an option as vehicle was being used. No other options were offered. Far from customer centric response. Last pizza I will purchase from this location"
