"I did a delivery order. After 30mins of not arriving on the estimated time I called. They said it was on the way that at beginning of month they are busy. (Not my problem) I said ok I waited a little longer called again. I was giving the options of getting a remake, keeping the same one or refund after I informed them I was trying to eat before work. So I told them to bring my order and refund me also asking to speak to supervisor. We all know how that went… just kept me on hold forever!! So now they delivered this cold food and playing around but it’s always this specific location"

"Not at all thrilled with pizza hut York Street. We ordered online. It took us 20 minutes to get there, the app said our food would be ready in 8 minutes btw. But when we got there we sat around waiting for another 20 minutes and the guys says ,"my bad I didn't know your food was ready". We get th3 food home. We don't have all of our food and when I called he put me on hold for 25 minutes until I gave up and finally hung up. I called back the next day and the lady I spoke with was very helpful I have no complaints about her."
