"ABF is not reliable, is changing their story with every phone call and I would never use them if it's my choice. I ordered a heavy ACME server from Amazon. Amazon gave me 3 choices for delivery: 1-garage, 2-entryway, inside and 3-any room in the house. My server needs to be literally 3 feet from the main entrance. So, I selected #2. There was no other fine print. When placing the order with Amazon, I provided delivery instructions, my house entrance has 3 step elevation, the item is heavy and 2-person delivery was approved by Amazon. I specifically called Amazon, told them about my inability to lift heavy objects after surgery. Amazon faxed all info to ABF and approved a 2nd person. When ABF came to deliver, guess what? Just the driver with a pallet lift that lifts 2 inch from the floor. ABF scratch the surface of the wooden floor in my house. When I contacted there representative about 2-person delivery, she denied everything. Blaming me, I'm the one not reading the fine print. She claimed that there is no approval for 2-person delivery. And inside entryway delivery is done if and only if the driver can roll it in. And threatened me with extra charges. If I don't like I should refuse delivery. How about paying for my floor damages? So, be aware. They are misleading, they bully you info doing it their way, no matter what arrangements you made with Amazon, what kind of service you paid for. I would give 0 stars if I could."

"It was an easy way to move my stuff from one side of the country to the other. They gave me updates all the time. Held one extra container for me just in case I needed it. Cheaper than pods. Pods told me that u-packs containers were made out of wooden boxes coved with tarps. Wow. But, you have to pack your stuff not them. The containers were clean and easy to get to. We loaded up at the yard made it cheaper for us."

"Awful people to work with! The “supervisor” is not helpful at all! They never answer the phone, took 3 trips to receive our freight and when a gentleman offered to help, she told him no! Great Customer service!"
