Neither time was I contacted to let Me know to be available to be delivered. How this company still is in business is beyond me. I would leave no stars if possible."

"Terrible trucking company to say the least. We have been trying to get these guys to come pick our freight up for a week and they refuse to pick the freight up. They keep telling us they can't pick up anything from us because we have more than 6 pallets. We have more than 6 pallets because all of our pick ups for the week for Central Freight Lines has built up because they missed their Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and now Thursday pick ups. They told us today to get somebody else to come pick our freight up. What kind of company turns away business? A poorly operated company turns away business. Southeastern Freight Lines, Central Transport, Old Dominion, SAIA, and YRC will pick up our freight in the future."

"These guys never keep the first scheduled Appointment. I was schedule for a delivery from 8am - 5pm... At 9:45 am I called to see if they could provide a smaller delivery window and then was told they where canceling the delivery for today due to truck lift gate not working. Several weeks ago they did the same thing. On that order they said they did have a driver for my area. I was not informed of that cancelation until 4pm... Please know both times they called and scheduled the Appointment!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!"
