"By far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been in. When you first enter the establishment you can feel the employees negative and lackluster energy. And when preparing your food the staff were extremely rude to my colleagues and I with a staff member even approaching one of my colleagues with attitude and hostility."

"For the last year I’ve been driving 3x the distance to the Garner’s Ferry Chipotle because this one has gone downhill so much. Every once in a while I’ll be in a hurry or just getting dinner for myself and not the family so I’ll risk it; very rarely am I happily surprised. Tonight for example I was feeling lazy so went to this one right around the corner for myself. Got a chicken burrito; everything was going fine until he tried to roll it. Most of my chicken squirted out which he noticed, getting another piece of aluminum to reroll it I assumed. Nope! Just left half my ingredients on the table and mushed my barely rolled burrito into the aluminum foil. They weren’t busy either - I was the only customer in line. I was too tired to micromanage him into doing the job he clearly hated at a bare minimum level. I decided to risk it with chips and Queso even though the chips at this location are often terrible. I shouldn’t have; they were inedibly stale, salty, and clumped together. The Queso was fine. That’s just my experience tonight. I don’t go here for the family any more because any order more complicated than my very basic chicken burrito is more often than not impossible for them to make at this location because they are out of certain proteins or veggies. They always have sour cream but god forbid you ask for “a TINY bit of sour cream” because that gets you two giant slopping spoonfuls accompanied by a disdainful glare. Don’t order on the app either! They’ll have 60-70% of your ingredients and not even mention the stuff they didn’t have on hand. 0/5 do not recommend, I don’t know what happened here recently this location used to be great until a year or two ago. Hope they improve but I won’t be back for a long time, tonight was the last straw."

"I ate at the Chipotle at 4848 Forrest Dr. The floor was very dirty, I could excuse that but the tables and chairs were sticky and gross as well. The food choices were few and bland. My overall experience is one I will not repeat. After tasting the three items I bought they went into the trash. Taco Bell would be such a upgrade. New management is desperately needed."

"Ordered this $14 carne asada fajita quesadilla. When I asked about the portion size I was told it was correct. Then I asked about the missing veggies and they said they were out. Apparently it’s not their job to tell customers when they’re out of items… Chipotle as a whole: food/service is not on par with their prices anymore."

"The photo attached doesn’t show how raw the piece of chicken is or the worst service received while ordering. I would avoid this chipotle as there’s better food options around this location. Management was not able to be reached either."
