"I stopped by for lunch and my experience was okay. I ordered the lasagna with a slice of pepperoni pizza. This combo also came with breadsticks. The lasagna came out hot and tasted pretty good. The breadsticks weren't that bad also. The pizza was a no go for me. Just tasted like a Tostinos frozen pizza. Establishment was moderately cleaned, staff nice, and I would stop here again if in the area."

"Great price for large sizes. Always fresh, hot and quick. I prefer to go here over Olive Garden now (the bread sticks are better too). I'm upset I haven't stopped here sooner. Staff is always great also. I have only gone through the drive thru, expect a little bit of a wait compared to a typical fast food restaurant because they make things to order. Every time I've gone has only been a few minutes. The baked spaghetti is my favorite."

"This was my first visit to Fazoli’s . My choice…very traditional! Lasagna . Taste, food temperature and soft bread sticks were very nice. If it happens that you are around or plan to be in the soroundings, I recommend it . Quick service Fast food type, clean dinning area and enough parking space. One thing that lowered the rating was the overall look of the dinning room area. It looks that it is time for remodeling. The dinning area counter and tables need a new look. Bathroom cleaning needs attention and automatic air fresheners can help too. Service was really quick …special star for that."

"Definitely, this location needs some TLC! I've been coming to this place for more than 10 years, and unfortunately, I have witnessed its deterioration over time. The food is excellent for a fast food Italian restaurant, though the atmosphere is not appealing. At this point, you have to wonder, if the outside is so neglected, I don't want to look at the kitchen. Dominique was very attentive to us, and I encourage her to continue to have the same good customer service she displayed. I am rethinking if I should come back."
