"Arrived for a evening quick bite after a long road trip. The servers tried to skimp on how much they put in my bowl and I had to ask for more as it was not even close to being full. Once I sat down after getting my food I noticed the meal was lukewarm. I asked the staff could they heat it up. The manager said there was no way they could do that as the microwave and heaters were not functioning well. One would think you would be offered a partial refund or discount on a future purchase. No such luck."

"To expensive and too slow, I did not buy anything, waited on the line for 20 mins. If you are going to raise the prices, give more food for what you are going to charge, make it worth their while, especially if you must wait all most a half-hour. And when you training a new employee, don't put them on a busy day when the place is crowded and on lunch time people are rushing to get back to work"

"The staff was doing a great job with a long line. The only complaint is that if you have finished my order and placed it at register, please ring me up. My food sat in front of me with me waiting to pay while you went to the next order to finish it, had to go to the back and get food refills, came back to finish next order and then moved to start another order, and I am still standing there waiting to pay."

"Hey Ya’ll this place was filthy! The people were nice but clearly overwhelmed and stressed to the max! The flies and nasty food on the floor was a lot. The food was dried on food counter and stuff was all mixed together. Just for sanitary reasons I won’t revisit this particular location."

"Found a curly, black hair in my chicken bowl yesterday. But the lack of “guest recovery” is what was truly frustrating. The manager had to be coached over the phone on how to give a refund, which should be basic POS 101 information, especially if you are the manager. The manager ended up having to give me a cash refund, because he couldn’t figure out how to refund my card, after I had just paid. Managers need to be better trained at basic duties, problem solving, and guest recovery."
